內容方面,要點分析:
①為how many days’ work? 詢問電話接線板安裝時間長短,這涉及日程安排的精確性,對“你”所在的公司很重要。
②要求日程調整,需這里要給出一個合理的商務理由,比如公司有例行會議或者產品發布會之類的安排。
③指出分機號碼系統應更為簡單,可以適當展開,提出簡化方案或要求對方給出一個新方案。
④這是商務常識,商務聯系時要精確到人和具體聯系方式,可以直接要求對方給出名字和聯系方式。
⑤涉及商務交往中付款的常識,可以解釋為根據公司的財務規定或者領導要求等。 形式方面,本題明確要求為信件。只要按照一般商務信件的格式即可。需要注意的一點是最后落款部分的敬語,應是yours sincerely,因為你作為寫信人明確的知道收信人的具體稱呼。如果在信頭的稱謂是Dear Sir or Madam 時,也就是在不知道如何具體稱呼對方時則要用 yours faithfully.
語言方面,bec中級寫作part two對此有四個要求:
一是語言中性偏正式,比如某些商務寫作中可以用approximately代替不那么正式的about。
二是簡潔,用簡單的詞和短句清楚地傳遞信息。
三是精確,需交代清楚時間、地點、人物等要點,不能產生歧義。
四是注意禮貌,考生應熟悉最常用的商務禮貌表達,如略表歉意, I am afraid that the suggested date 10th July is not convenient for us,或者委婉提出要求,I would grateful if you could send me the information on.....
